A continuous light unit using ONE high power, single LED unit with daylight colour temperature approx. 5600K and a CRI > 95 - flicker-free! It has an extremely quiet fan cooling and special, active LED cooling; the LED has an average lifetime of approx. 50000 hours!
The HEDLER Profilux LED 1400 DMX is fitted with a Fresnel lens and can be adjusted from spotlight to floodlight, simply by turning the focusing knob. The unit can be used with all the existing Hedler reflectors and softboxes: full integration into an existing system!
LED soft starting, digital display with light output power indicator, service indicator and status LEDs, integrated electronic ballast, cooling control automatically and manually, recalibration option, automatic mains voltage recognition, multi-voltage 110–230 V, overheating protection, safety switch-off, operation-hour counter.
With its compact size an lightweight construction it is perfectly suited for studio and location work.
The Profilux 1400 LED produces a light beam that is very low in heat, a very important feature for sensitive materials and humans!
The HEDLER Profilux LED 1400 is compatible with a vast range of light shaping accessories used by other Hedler Daylight and Tungsten units: reflectors, honeycombs, softboxes, striplights, reflex umbrellas and many more.
In addition, the light provides two 5-pin DMX ports with standard pin assignment. Combined this can be used with a corresponding DMX controller both - enable and disable as also in their intensity. The upper DMX connection is used to regulate the connected lamp, the lower DMX connection is used to connect further lamps and pass "through" the DMX signal. The DMX-addressing for the device is carried out directly on the device-side, an additional accessory is not required for this.
